Prepare agave syrup by diluting agave nectar with water in 1 : 1 ratio.
In a Boston shaker, muddle together the strawberries and freshly squeezed lime juice. Add agave syrup, Arrogante Anejo tequila, a high quality grenadine (such as Stirrings, Sonoma or Jack Rudy) and a handful of ice. Shake vigorously for 10 to 15 seconds until the drink is well chilled.
Strain the drink through a fine mesh strainer into a chilled tall glass. Add 3 dashes of Fee Brothers Rhubarb Bitters and stir gently with a bar spoon.
Decorate the glass with a large ripe strawberry.
