Moisten the outer edges of a cocktail glass with a lime wedge. Spread kosher salt on the shallow plate. Roll the wet edges of the glass in the salt to evenly coat the rim.
In a Boston shaker, combine Arrogante Blanco tequila, Blue Curacao (an orange-flavored liqueur made with the dried peel of the laraha citrus fruit, grown on the island of Curaçao), simple syrup and freshly squeezed lime juice. Add a handful of ice and shake vigorously for 10 to 15 seconds.
Strain the drink in the prepared glass. Garnish the cocktail with a slice of lime.
