Wet the outside rim of a wine glass with a fresh lime wedge. Fill a saucer or bowl with sugar. Dab the rim into the sugar while slowly turning the glass so that only the outer edge is covered.
In a Boston shaker, muddle together 5 large ripe blackberries and agave nectar. Add Arrogante Anejo and Arrogante Damiana liqueur. Top with a handful of ice and shake vigorously for 10 to 15 seconds.
Fill the prepared glass with finely crushed ice. Pour the cocktail in the glass through a fine mesh strainer. Top the drink with a good dash of dry sparkling wine and garnish with a blackberry and a small sprig of mint.
