Use a lime wedge to wet the outside rim of a tall collins glass. Spread turbinado sugar on a plate and roll the wet rim of the glass in the sugar to coat the edges. Fill the glass with large chunks of ice.
In a mixing glass, muddle together 2 or 3 sprigs of cilantro and 4 to 5 slices of cucumber. Then add Simply Lemonade and Arrogante Anejo tequila. Stir well to combine the ingredients.
Strain the cocktail into the prepared collins glass through a fine mesh strainer to remove pulp and cucumber seeds. Garnish the cocktail with one small sprig of Thai basil.
