Spread a tablespoon of turbinado sugar on a plate. Moisten the edge of a rocks glass with a lime wedge and roll it in sugar to lightly coat the edges. Fill the glass with ice.
In a Boston shaker, muddle the chunks of the fresh pineapple to create a puree. Add Arrogante Reposado Tequila, freshly squeezed lime juice, agave nectar and freshly squeezed orange juice.
Add a handful of ice into a shaker and shake vigorously for 10 to 15 seconds. Strain the cocktail into the prepared glass through a fine mesh strainer. Garnish the drink with two thin slices of lime arranged on a cocktail pick.
