Skin and slice one large ripe kiwi fruit and place the slices in a blender.
Add several small mint leaves, simple syrup, freshly squeezed lime juice and Arrogante Anejo tequila to the blender and pulse several times to combine the ingredients. Start adding the ice chunks, several pieces at a time, and continue to blend until the desired consistency is achieved. The ingredients must be well blended and the cocktail must be smooth and thick.
Transfer the drink into a chilled cocktail glass and garnish the cocktail with a slice of kiwi.
