Refrigerate all the ingredients overnight to get them to the same cold temperature.
Cut the avocado in half, remove the pit and scoop out about 1/8 of the flesh. In a blender, combine avocado, cilantro leaves, freshly squeezed lime juice, simple syrup, Arrogante Blanco and red pepper flakes. Process in a blender until the smooth consistency is achieved.
Pour the drink in a chilled shot glass and garnish with a cilantro sprig.
